While in Shropshire visiting my friends we took a day trip out to Lake Vyrnwy. Lake Vyrnwy is a reservoir and supplies Liverpool with water. I rather like the gothic straining tower which is where the water leaves the lake. We were rather keen on the sculpture park:
a place for tea:
The story telling chair:
a hand holding a candle in the distance:
Mother nature (and her hat):
Boots wondering whether the sign explains why the boat isn’t in the water:
The dam and some water pouring out – that is some water pressure!
