Ah!! Yes but there may be in the future, it is called forward planning. ;-)
That is because you live at an access point. A fisherman may join the towing path there and then walk along to somewher where there are cables
It's a shame that BW don't spend more money on signage and better facilities for boaters, as they do on all these fishing instructions.
