Sealskinz? Maybe underneath a bigger pair of gloves?/Geoff
HiHave a search of Maplins, they have heated gloves, insoles and body warmers, do not know how good they are though, not having tried them.
You need inner gloves, too. Silk is the traditional material but I found polypropylene inner gloves kept my hands warmer. You can find them on the web or decent outdoor shops - not costly.
I have tried various undergloves etc, but to no avail. I dont like heated gloves, but I might try the silk ones. With a 40mph wind chill I thought a good pair of gloves would be a good start!A chap here rides his bike in a long way and says the gloves are the secret - but he cant remember the make of his!
buy some handlebar mitten warmers thier great
Heated handlebar grips are the answer - wouldn't be without them in the winter (if I still had a bike!)

Standing on the roof, with the wind in my hair, gulls cry I sigh, living it up here. The rain meanders along, soaking me to the bone, and ah, as I stand there... no longer alone.
