I presume he eats with knife and fork because a) he doesn't like licking his own lips of sugar and b) doesn't like other people doing it for him!?
Yes, he has extremely elegant hands...you should see the way he uses the indicator on the car....that little finger action is just SO perfect!
He's also house trained to a high degree. He eats cake with a cake knife and fork...don't we all?
