Hesperus is still floating. Apparently the chap heard about bunging up the holes with spray foam so that is what he has done.
He has removed some of the wood, but these huge planks remain

Thanx for going back for a second look. I am so glad that Hesperus is now on the mend, an amazing recovery!
But may I suggest that when the owner didn't realise before the boat had sunk that it's wooden and in a very bad condition and in very obvious need of a LOT of work and a LOT of money he won't invest in the needed care now? The spray foam won't hold for long and won't be long before it sinks again.
Who knows what will happen.
