rubbish: You have to know where to put it!
Someone decided to sort out their bathroom before working out where on earth they would be able to dispose of the old pump out tank. Well, that is my take on it.
There is a note on it from the owner saying whose it is, but it seems they are having trouble - so, where DOES one get rid of this when a Maffi isn't around?

I left mine out for the scrap metal collectors. They took it but the look on their faces when then smelt it was a picture.
Perhaps they have put it there so they can get it collected is closer to the road than say the rail bridge.
I am sure they did, which was very sensible, but it seems there is trouble getting rid of it as it has been there a couple of week already. Hopefully they will have a bit more luck finding someone to take it away. They tried one scrap metal firm, but they said no. I assume they are trying others but if anyone has any ideas.....
