Methinks the person concerned needs to swat up on the rules. You have no right of parking in a public street even if its outside you house

I think the person probably knows the rules, but parking in that area is a real problem. Very few spaces. I understand the rules too but if I had to park over a mile away from my house every time I would be a bit miffed.
