Rhubarb
Isn’t Rhubarb a funny word! Jim on NB BlackPig is moored next to me at the moment, and when he got home today he gave me some Rhubarb. I am very excited and will have it for tea!

Yummy rhubarb. I took a bowlful to a friend recently, intending that there was enough to make crumble aboard! He laughed hysterically at how little there was - it just disappears in the cooking.
We had to add tinned peaches to make a meal!
