I can answer the question about the jump leads: if they were that long they'd have to be too thick to carry in order not to present too much of a voltage drop for the current they'd be expected to carry.
Why would anyone want anything tasting of fish anyway?
Would you expect to find a real shepherd in a shepherds pie? Or a real cottage in a cottage pie? Or an old rubber boot in a beef wellington? Of course not, so why do you expect to find real scampi in scampi fries?
