More appropriately 2 tings that really tick me off on this subject are: a) Those who consider the towpath to be a racing track... And b) Those who consider the towpath to be a racing track & a great place to mow down innocent human beings on legs... (Seen it happen, just wasn't quite quick enough to grab a pole & stick it in his spokes). "Oh dear, there was no-one behind me when I swung this round..."
