This morning I spotted two men putting these signs up, there is one either side of where I moor
I was puzzled because above both of them is this:
No overhead power cables… and I can’t actually see any from either post!
Ah!! Yes but there may be in the future, it is called forward planning. ;-)
That is because you live at an access point. A fisherman may join the towing path there and then walk along to somewher where there are cables
It's a shame that BW don't spend more money on signage and better facilities for boaters, as they do on all these fishing instructions.nb oakfield
maybe they are glass fibre optic in wich case you would not see them try looking for the poles
